For the referred member

After the first successful paid invoice: 10,000 promotional tokens on Standard, 20,000 on Plus, or 30,000 on Pro. Tokens are non-cash and non-transferable.

For the sponsor

After the referred member's second successful paid invoice: a supplier credit capped at the lower public price of the two active plans, excluding taxes and add-ons.

Refunds, chargebacks and confirmed fraud reverse the linked reward. Applying sponsor credit to a real renewal remains disabled until accounting and legal review is complete.
