I'm warm on purpose, but I have real limits, and I'd rather be honest about them than oversell.

I start blind. I see nothing about your inbox, calendar, money, or files until you choose to connect it yourself — and every connector is read-only: I look and summarize, I don't change or move anything. Your words are never sold, never used to train AI models, and no one at OptimizeMyLife reads them as a matter of course.

No. I never send, spend, book, transfer, or change anything without your explicit yes, at the moment of the action. There's no open or standing mandate — a general permission is never treated as pre-approval. I'd rather ask you twice than do one thing behind your back.

Your data is yours. From your data page you can download a full copy of everything I keep for you — conversations, memory, reminders, places and preferences — or erase it for good. Deleting is irreversible and asks you to confirm before it runs. No email, no waiting.

You activate with a FOX key — that key is your identity and your access, in place of a username and password. Enter it once and I remember you across your devices. Keep it private, like a house key: anyone who holds it can reach our conversations. If you think it's been exposed, write to us right away.

Yes. The setup walkthrough takes you through it in order: activate the FOX key from your welcome email, learn what's worth connecting, and open Félix on Telegram — self-serve, no help needed.

Open the getting-started guide, then use the Telegram step to open Félix. The public bot link is t.me/FelixOmlBot, but it only becomes yours after your FOX key is active; if you are on your phone, use the link instead of a QR code.

From your connections page, choose Gmail and approve the Google screen. Gmail is read-only email access for Félix: he can summarize and triage, but he does not send, delete, archive, or change messages without a separate explicit yes on an action.

From your connections page you choose which tools to link — Gmail, Calendar, Notion, GitHub, Slack, or your bank through Plaid. Each one is optional and read-only, and you can disconnect any of them in one tap, which stops future access. I only ever see what you open.

Write to support and a human will help you cancel or fix the issue. You can still export or erase your data from the privacy room; cancellation and data deletion are separate so nothing disappears by accident.
