Three real paths, no friction: disconnect a phone, erase what Félix remembers yourself, or write to us for a complete deletion. Every step below matches exactly what the product does today — nothing more, nothing less.
On your phone: forget this key
In the Félix mobile app, open Settings and tap “Forget this key”. That phone is disconnected from your FOX key, its push-notification registration is removed from our server, and its server-side location is erased. Your conversation itself stays safe under your key until you erase it — that's the next step.
Erase what Félix remembers — yourself, right now
Sign in with your key at optimizemylife.ai/companion/account, type ERASE, and choose “Erase everything”: your conversation, Félix's distilled memory and your reminders are deleted from our servers immediately. Prefer a lighter touch? “Clear conversations only” erases the raw chat history and keeps the distilled memory card and reminders.
What an in-app erase keeps — honestly
Erasing what Félix remembers does not cancel your plan: your subscription and billing status stay tied to your FOX key so what you paid for keeps working. We also keep operational records that are not memories of you — usage meters (billing integrity) and the Take the Wheel logbook (a safety record) — plus standard anonymous hosting logs.
Complete deletion or a copy of your data — write to us
To delete everything tied to your key — account included — or to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, write to support@optimizemylife.ai. We first confirm the request really comes from the key holder (possession of the FOX key, plus a confirmation through a known channel), then process it and confirm back to you once the deletion is verified — we never call a deletion done before checking it. This follows Québec's Law 25.
