Félix Business
Your company, orchestrated.
Félix Business is the company side of OptimizeMyLife. Not a second product — the same Félix, pointed at a team instead of one person: same brain, same memory, same rule that nothing irreversible happens without a human go.
Here's how we'll talk about it: each block below starts with what Félix genuinely does today for one working person, then says what it would become for a team. The first part exists — some of it on the web and Telegram, some of it in the founders beta, and each block says which. The second part isn't built yet, and it says so.
A committee that builds, not just advises
What Félix does today, for one person
Founders betaIn the desktop app, Félix convenes a team you compose yourself — a name, a role, a temperament each. They debate a real question with the real Félix brain, you can type in the middle of the debate, and the summary re-compacts itself as it goes.
This one lives in the desktop app: founders beta today, public download coming soon.
What that becomes for a team
Coming soonThe same table, pointed at a company decision: your pricing, your next hire, the bid you have to answer by Friday. Including the seat a small company never has — the one whose only job is to attack the plan until it holds.
The right intelligence for the right task
What Félix does today, for one person
AvailableYou don't pick a model anymore. Félix picks the one the task deserves, every time, and the only switch left is an Eco mode when you want him frugal.
What that becomes for a team
Coming soonAt company scale, he would also conduct the AI subscriptions your business already pays for — from one of your own computers, signed in with your own accounts. That one needs the desktop app installed on your machines. It's the only honest way to do it, so it's the only way we'll offer it.
One Félix, several machines
What Félix does today, for one person
Founders betaFélix already lives on the web, in Telegram, on your computer and inside your browser — one memory across all of them. When he takes the wheel of your screen, you approve or you stop him from your phone, and a banner says he's driving the whole time.
Web and Telegram are live. The computer and the browser — where taking the wheel happens — are founders beta today: public download and Chrome Web Store coming soon.
What that becomes for a team
Coming soonEach computer named — Front desk, Shop, Truck 3. You decide machine by machine what Félix is allowed to do there; nobody imposes a rule on you. A machine that's asleep never refuses a request, it queues it until that machine wakes up.
The follow-through nobody has time for
What Félix does today, for one person
AvailableEvery morning Félix hands you your day — calendar, unread mail, what moved. Before a meeting he tells you what he already knows about it. And he writes first when something deserves your attention, instead of waiting to be asked.
What that becomes for a team
Coming soonFor a team, that becomes a shared plan where tasks have an owner and an “awaiting your go” column that clears with one tap — plus outgoing calls to confirm and follow up. The calling engine is built and deliberately locked; it isn't open to anyone yet.
Looking for the first companies.
Coming soonWe'd rather say it plainly than let a nice page imply otherwise. Félix Business has no company running on it today, no client, no program delivered, no price published and no date announced. Everything on this page marked coming soon is exactly that — a direction we're building toward, and we'd rather build it with the first companies that come on board than alone in a room.
- What already works for your people works today — the personal Félix they can use right now is the same one.
- What's missing is the company layer: roles, team keys, machine-by-machine permissions, the shared decision log.
- Félix never plays your accountant, your lawyer or your doctor. He prepares the file; the licensed human answers.
- No money moves on its own, ever. He gets it ready, a human gives the go.
